Getting a world-class education in an iconic location
Kok Fang (Zach) is a student from Malaysia completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of New South Wales. His parents both studied in Sydney and encouraged Zach to do the same. Zach was also encouraged by NSW’s high rankings in the world QS University Rankings.
About Zach
While visiting Sydney for the first time at 16 years old, Zach was dazzled by the beauty and diversity of the landscapes, icons and wildlife. Zach especially loves visiting Chinatown, the Opera House and The Rocks precinct. Zach also encourages international students to visit Wollongong and Newcastle to discover the beauty of regional NSW.
After graduating, Zach’s goal is to work in an auditing firm in Australia before moving back to Malaysia. He is confident bringing this education and experience back to his home country’s finance industry will unlock many opportunities. He also looks forward to reconnecting with his family.

“Research how to manage your money and where you want to live in NSW. I chose to live on campus because I spend more time at home, and campus accommodation comes with catering. This helped me save lots on food and transport.”
