About Tracy
Tracy Truong is a dedicated Year 11 student at St Catherine's School Sydney, recognised for her outstanding contributions to school life and the broader community. Since joining the school in 2024 as an international student, Tracy has immersed herself in service initiatives such as the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal and the World Vision 40 Hour Famine, while also working towards completing the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
Her leadership shines through her efforts to elevate the school’s Badminton program, inspiring almost a third of overseas students to represent St Catherine’s in competition.
Tracy’s commitment extends beyond the school gates; she has played a pivotal role in Waverley Council's Youth Reference Group and the Culture Waves program, promoting intercultural understanding and planning community events such as Culture Fest. Tracy is a positive force who exemplifies the values of inclusivity, leadership, and community spirit in everything she does.
