Kenneth Lau is a dynamic international student leader at the University of Sydney, devoted to fostering community participation, employability, and wellbeing.
He actively engages in programs supporting student connection and personal growth, including the Job Smart Edge and Leading in a Post-Crisis World initiatives. Certified in First Aid and ‘Accidental Counselling’, Kenneth champions student safety and wellbeing.
As a member of the Business School’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Faculty Board, he advocates for over 7,000 postgraduate students. His leadership as President of the University of Sydney Toastmasters Society has empowered members in public speaking and integration, earning district recognition. Kenneth’s role as an International Student Ambassador for the City of Sydney and volunteer work further showcase his commitment to enriching student and community life. His proactive, visionary approach continues to make a positive impact for international students across NSW.
