International Student Welcome Desk

Welcome to Sydney and NSW - we've missed you!

The International Student Welcome Desk welcomes thousands of commencing students to NSW each year. Drop by and say hello to our friendly team when you arrive in the International Arrivals terminal at Sydney Airport.

A friendly welcome for international students

Study NSW opened the International Student Welcome Desk in 2015 to greet international students arriving at Sydney Airport.

Our goal is to provide a friendly welcome and answer your questions about arriving, living and studying in NSW. We are committed to making your experience in NSW the best it can be.

The International Student Welcome Desk is located in the International Arrivals Hall at Sydney Airport.

Opening hours

The desk currently operates from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 1:30 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
