Orientation Week (O-Week) is a must-do event to kick off your student experience in NSW. Orientation is about setting yourself up for success in your studies providing you with everything you need to know about your university life. Get ready for your course, explore campus and start making new friends before lectures begin!

Before you begin to navigate your way through university, it helps to orient yourself. You can view your orientation plan by logging in to your student portal. If you are an international student you will also need to attend an international welcome session which will take place during your orientation.
When: 15 February - 1 March 2020 Online Orientation for academic, study skills and support sessions online; 24-28 February 2020 On Campus Orientation to get started in your course, meet our services and support staff and join social events.

To welcome and introduce you to life as a Macquarie student, your journey begins at Orientation Week. Orientation Week is important to attend because it's packed full of welcome events, information sessions, workshops, tours and fun activities.

Each TAFE NSW location conducts an orientation session before each course begins. You are also introduced to your International Students Coordinator and you meet other international students who are starting at TAFE NSW.

Orientation is a great opportunity to find out what you need to know about university life and being a UON student! It includes information sessions that will give you practical information about the university, as well as a range of social activities and off campus outings to help you get to know the area and make new friends.

Orientation is important and it is designed to help you make a successful transition into study. Learn about UNE's teaching and learning environment, enrolment and fun activities across the University and Colleges.
