Study NSW opened the International Student Welcome Desk in 2015 to greet international students arriving at Sydney Airport.
Our goal is to provide a friendly welcome and answer your questions about arriving, living and studying in NSW. We are committed to making your experience in NSW the best it can be.
The International Student Welcome Desk is located in the International Arrivals Hall at Sydney Airport.
The desk currently operates from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 1:30 pm AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).

Then volunteer to be part of our Airport Welcome Desk and make a valuable contribution to the community.
Study NSW will recruit and train volunteers on a rolling basis. Volunteers who have completed more than 20 hours of service will receive recognition from Study NSW for their contributions to the international student community.
The International Student Welcome Desk was established in July 2015 by Study NSW and partners from the NSW international education sector.
