I am also grateful for the supportive staff at the Faculty of Nursing at UTS who help equip the students with knowledge and skills to make us competent in our future profession.

My advice to students who want to come and study in Australia is to be courageous and have the curiosity to get out of your comfort zone
What has been your favourite experience in NSW?
My favourite experiences studying in NSW Australia are the environment, lifestyle and people. For example, students like me can experience the long coastal walk from Coogee to Bondi beach whilst having a glimpse of the magnificent scenery of the beaches. Also, the annual Vivid festival in Sydney with its outdoor immersive light installations and projections of the Opera house is a great thing for students in NSW to experience. These places and events showed me the amazing beauty of NSW. Furthermore, meeting people along the way such as friends and relatives are the most exhilarating part of my journey. I was able to connect and see their successful journey and career in Australia. They also inspired and motivated me to do well and work hard in my studies in NSW.
What advice do you have for other international students?
My advice to students who want to come and study in Australia is to be courageous and have the curiosity to get out of your comfort zone. This is your chance to learn and try new things in life. Try things that you are afraid of and embrace the struggles that you will meet along the way. It will make you grow as a person. Conquering your fears will lead you to success. Australia is a great place to do all those things.
