Requirement of Vietnamese interpreters
Please let us know if you need translation services at your expo booths in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. We can arrange for Vietnamese students (studying at Australian education institutions) to act as translators for a fee. To request a translator, please send an email to Esmond Esguerra at [email protected] and Kien Van Nguyen at [email protected]
Using iCapture to capture your leads
If you have already installed iCapture and opened your lead form, you will see an update on your lead form.
These updates include:
- Only one form will be used for the entire showcase.
- You can also use iCapture to capture information from stakeholders you engage with outside of the Expos, such as school meetings.
- You can use the “Take a Photo” option if your stakeholders have business cards, so you don’t have to worry about losing them. iCapture’s AI will process the information and convert it into the fields we collect (first and last name, email address).
- The title of the form is now your institution’s name (we have removed “Hanoi”).
- On the capture form, we have added a location option:
- Hanoi, 10 September 2024
- Ho Chi Minh City, 14 September 2024
This means we will not create a separate “Ho Chi Minh City” form. Please select the corresponding location where you captured the lead information.
As part of using iCapture, Study NSW will send a copy of the leads generated from the showcase.
Action:
We request that exhibitors download their iCapture apps and test their forms to ensure they work correctly. We would like to coordinate technical support with iCapture before we travel to Vietnam.
